Designed specifically for high-potential banking professionals, this four-month program offers a unique opportunity to strengthen your leadership abilities while building relationships with peers who face similar challenges and opportunities. From January through April, a select cohort of 12 to 15 participants will engage in a combination of in-person and virtual learning sessions, individual executive coaching, practical leadership challenges and peer discussions.
